Bill Daggett
Bill Daggett is an executive advisor and program leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting government and commercial organizations in emerging technology and national security environments, with a primary focus on uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS). He is the founder and managing director of Delta Advisory Group (DAG), where he advises investors, technology developers, and market entrants on strategy, due diligence, and operational execution within the UAS sector.
Daggett has held senior advisory and program leadership roles supporting U.S. government agencies, defense organizations, and private-sector partners in Washington, D.C., and in overseas operating environments. His work has included direct engagement with federal departments, Congress, and interagency stakeholders on UAS policy, acquisition, and operational integration, as well as supporting international partners evaluating and deploying uncrewed capabilities. He has led efforts involving regulatory navigation, capability assessment, market entry, and mission alignment for both domestic and foreign UAS programs.
In addition to his government-facing work, Daggett has advised startups and established companies on commercialization, investment readiness, and scaling uncrewed solutions in the U.S. market. He is an active leader within the UAS community, serving on the North Dakota UAS Council and participating in state and federal initiatives focused on advanced UAS and counter-UAS concepts.
Bill is also active in his community, supporting the American Legion, VFW, serving on a local economic development authority board, and working with several nonprofit organizations focused on veterans and community development.
